Notice of Amendment to the Privacy Policy (effective 21 September 2026)

We are amending our Privacy Policy as follows. **1. Reason** To bring the description of the items retained separately as the minimum identifying information of withdrawn members into line with what is actually retained. **2. Changes** - The items retained separately as the minimum identifying information of withdrawn members are now specified to include, in addition to the email address, the member identifier and the withdrawal date and time. The same applies to both items — members with a payment history and members with no payment history. - The retention period above (5 years from the date of membership withdrawal) and the basis for each item are unchanged. - Users may still request the deletion or the suspension of the processing of such data at any time, as before. - This amendment does not expand the scope of the information the Company actually retains, the period for which it is retained, or the purposes for which it is used. The same items were already being retained; the description has been brought into line with what is actually retained. **3. Effective date** 21 September 2026 **4.
