Notice of Amendment to the Privacy Policy (effective 11 September 2026)
We are amending our Privacy Policy as follows.
**1. Reason**
To describe the retention and use periods for personal data more precisely on an item-by-item basis, and to notify users of the retention and use period for records of consent, in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act (Republic of Korea).
**2. Changes**
- The item on the retention of withdrawn members' email addresses has been divided into two items according to whether the member has a payment history, and the basis for each has been stated. For a member with a payment history, the address is retained in order to identify the parties to the transaction records that the Company preserves under Article 6 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce; for a member with no payment history, it is retained to prepare for disputes that may be raised regarding evidence of the consent obtained at sign-up.
- The retention period above (5 years from the date of membership withdrawal) is unchanged.
- The retention and use period for records of consent to the terms of service, the privacy policy and similar documents has been newly specified. Such records are retained for 5 years from the date of membership withdrawal, and the information retained consists of the member identifier, the type and version of the document consented to, whether consent was given, the time of consent, and the channel through which the consent was collected.
- No change expands the categories of personal data the Company collects, the purposes for which it is used, or the periods for which it is retained.
**3. Effective date**
