At dawn, as the harvest season drew to a close, Henryk Baran, the cooperative's safety officer, was found buried in grain inside Storage Building No. 3 at the Bielków Grain Cooperative. The cylindrical storage structure—a silo that holds grain stacked dozens of meters high—had claimed him. Cause of death: mechanical asphyxiation, chest compressed by the cascading grain, unable to draw breath. Five people remained on the cooperative grounds that dawn. Interrogate them. Find out why grain flowed from the bottom of Silo No. 3 at that hour.
