Late winter, Seoha University Clinical Trial Center—a place where fluorescent lights never go dark, day or night. Lee Kyung-ah (57), a former hospital pharmacist who volunteered for a muscular-disease drug trial, died in the trial ward from cardiac arrest caused by acute renal failure—her kidneys suddenly unable to filter. On the surface, it looked like a case closed: death from underlying disease progression. But her lab values and medication records don't match natural death. In her final days, five people managed her trial and became entangled with her. Interrogate them. Find out whose hand pushed her to her death.
