At one of the electric scooter battery swap stations scattered across the city—a charging bay where riders dock their equipment one unit at a time—labor representative Park Jae-seok was found dead by electrocution. That night he'd been making rounds through unmanned swap stations, inspecting electrical safety interlock faults in the charging bays, and the station had been operating normally right up until the accident. The moment current flowed into the bay, the safety interlock that should always be engaged was off. Interrogate the five people entangled in this death and determine whose hand sent power into that bay.
