In the dead of a winter night, on the high ground outside Seolun Metropolitan City, contract inspector Han Mu-yeol was found dead in the outdoor valve chamber of a reservoir that collects water and sends it down to the district below. The unheated valve chamber door had been locked from the outside, and the cause of death was hypothermia. Five people were connected to this reservoir and its night operations that night. No official record gives a reason to keep that door locked for six hours. Interrogate the five and find the hand that kept that door shut.

Never raises his voice, but when his judgment is doubted he calls the other person by name and then carries on with his answer, instead of apologizing.
